Neatorama has the final results and round up from the “World’s largest photo” project. Using a photography technique called Camera obscura, the Leagacy project made the world’s largest photograph, a 28 x 108 foot b&w, in an airplane hanger – “The image then appeared upside down and flipped left to right on a sheath of light-sensitive fabric the length of one-third of a football field and about three stories tall. The cloth was exposed for 35 minutes. The photographers and 60 volunteers developed the image by moving the fabric into an enormous, 1-foot-deep tray.” [via] – Link.
