The Woollyhoodwinks plush toys come to life and share a new adventure in the new children’s book, The Woollyhoodwinks vs. The Dark Patch. San Francisco artist Jeff Root created the plush dolls where each one is made from old wool suits from thrift stores. There are five characters, each with their own distinct personality. (You can buy the dolls in the Wollyhoodwinks shop.) Each scene in the book is beautifully photographed mixed in with drawings and stitched scenery. The jist of the story is about how the Woollyhoodwinks carefree existence is interrupted when a piece of the sky falls to the earth, becoming the infamous dark patch. But, cute story aside, you’ll want to get this adorable book for all it’s crafty inspiration!
