I always have to get my jeans hemmed and usually send those out to the tailor for fear or ruining the nice jean hemmed edge. This tutorial shows just how easy you can do this and keep that original yellow thread seam. Link.

Hemming Jeans,
If you want a great finish, cut the excess to about 1/2″, serge it or zig-zag it the attach the cut part to the pants with a slip stich. I did that professionally and I charges $20 per pants. It’s a great skill to have!
I should read over before I post anything. Reads: zig-zag it, then attach the cut part to the pants’. I’m tired, can’t type anymore…

Hello,
I’ve been reading this board for quite a long time. Recently, firefox tries to stop me from visiting – it says that this website is infected.
Can you do something about it?
Thanks in advance
