Residents of the town have embraced knit graffiti in a big way, covering the town’s “knitknot” tree in knit panels filled with in-jokes and family artifacts.

Someone in my lovely hometown of Norfolk, VA was doing a little knit-fiti, but it mysteriously disappeared. Rumor has it some city official removed them….not all cities are as cool as others.
