I have to have this. This sign is one of the best things that I’ve every seen! Please tell me that this is real. I’ve heard that a probate lawyer had this outside of his office. Do you know if that is true?

This would be a great Halloween decoration. My parent really get into decorating for holidays so I bet they would like this. Are there any for sale? I bet it wouldn’t be too hard to make it yourself actually.
