Thought this was a Stargate reference…
This isn’t what I expected to see when I clicked this link. I was thinking trading cards that contained NFC chips that held recipes or designs for your 3D printer to use.
Love my Replicator, now that it’s tuned a bit.
Jordan, that’s a cool idea.
That’s what I thought too. It’d be really cool to buy a pack of trading cards, scan the code in whatever manner, and receive a link to the design for the item on the card.
This would be pretty awesome with things like Pokemon cards. 3D printable figurines would be the new 1st Edition/foil/shiny cards.
