I was really excited when my wife’s copy of IEEE Computer arrived; it’s full of articles on makers and making thanks to the special section that Brian David Johnson (co-author of our Vintage Tomorrows and 21st Century Robot books) assembled and edited.
The kind folks at Computer have made this special issue free for the downloading for the time being (at some point in the future, it will be replaced with a newer issue).
Be sure to check it out; a number of our book authors, such as AnnMarie Thomas (Making Makers), Carla Diana (LEO the Maker Prince), and Eri Gentry (contributor to Maker Pro), are featured in there, along with Brian David Johnson and a bunch of other great authors.
