CHA 2010 Winter Trade Show Recap

Home

Last Monday and Tuesday I had a great time in Anaheim at the CHA 2010 Winter Trade Show where I got to check out the latest craft gadgets and supplies while also catching up with my favorite crafty ladies. We had a tea time get together at the hotel with everyone and it was the first time I had a chance to meet one of my knitting idols, Debbie Stoller who was at the event to unveil her new line of Stitch Nation Yarn. Pictured above is me, Debbie Stoller, Sonya Nimri, and Kathy Cano-Murillo aka Crafty Chica.

My favorite booth was the Lion Brand Yarn booth for their creative yarn jungle featuring larger than life knitted animals like this lion here. You can also see the large boa constrictor that’s wrapped all around the display. I also fell in love with the argyle giraffe!

Amy Anderson of the Mod Podge Rocks blog was so fun to talk to while she worked the Plaid booth.
