If your in San Francisco this weekend, there’s a special event, Chemo Caps & Other Head Huggers for Cancer Patients, happening Saturday at Craft Gym (1452 Bush St.) from Noon to 3pm.
From the site:

Make and donate chemo caps and other head huggers for cancer patients currently undergoing chemotherapy. Knitters, crocheters, and stitchers of all skill levels are invited to attend. For those looking for a little inspiration or direction, Craft Gym workshop instructors will be on hand to assist with easy step-by-step instructions. Volunteers who don’t know how to sew, knit, or crochet will be able to embellish pre-made hats. All hats will be given to the adult and children’s oncology units at UCSF’s Comprehensive Cancer Center.
