Crafty Daisies came across this fun framing idea at a friend’s house–instead of matting this photo, her pal laid a frame of dried flowers around the image and lowered the glass on top. This probably isn’t something you’d want to do with a one-of-a-kind heirloom photo, but I think it makes for a really nice effect. Link.
