I have been having a really lovely day today, and the theme seems to be beets! Some friends and I wandered over to Humphrey Slocombe to cool off with some ice cream, including a Hibiscus Beet sorbet. Still savoring the earthy flavor, I came home to discover this amazing recipe for chocolate and roasted beet pudding cakes on Canelle et Vanille. Don’t they look incredible? Best of all, they’re gluten free!
