I put spinach in my smoothies all the time! Just a small handful of baby spinach sometimes doesn’t even change the color, and you definitely can’t taste it at all, but it’s so good for you! If you’re put off by the idea, I recommend giving it a try before you blow off the concept; I was against it at first too. Thanks Jenny!
I’m excited to try it! I love spinach anyway but this is an especially great way to get extra vitamins since I hate breakfast most of the time. Yay!
