Eggnog Cheesecake

I’m drooling over this eggnog cheesecake with Oreo cookie crust from Anna of Cookie Madness.

I liked it because instead of just calling for a cup or so of eggnog, it was actually made with ingredients you’d find in eggnog such as egg yolks, rum, vanilla and fresh nutmeg.

She adds in the comments that everyone loved it, even those who don’t love eggnog. I’m putting this on my “Recipes to Try” list for sure.
