This weekend, we took our kids to a restaurant that served a stick of rock candy with the dessert coffee for stirring sweetness. My kids flipped out and instantly snagged the sticks for themselves. It made me remember trying to make rock candy myself when I was young, but my attempts never seemed to work out very well. I’m glad to see this tutorial from Brandy of Gluesticks, and can’t wait to try it with my own kids. Hopefully they can be patient enough to wait a week to taste them!
