Delicious, but just to be nit-picky…they are still Samoas if they were made in Louisville, Kentucky. There are two bakeries for girl scout cookies, one in Richmond, VA and the other in Kentucky. If these cookies are made in Richmond, VA then they are called Caramel DeLites (and taste slightly different) if they are made in Kentucky they are still Samoas. Same goes for Tagalongs/Peanut Butter Patties….
I didn’t know this until about 6 years ago when I was visiting a friend in Cincinnati, Ohio (literally minutes from Kentucky) and the girl scouts were selling Caramel DeLites. Lo and behold they were made in Richmond, VA. Ironically my nieces in Richmond, VA were selling girl scout cookies made in Louisville, Kentucky.

Dark chocolate. The Samoa has a dark chocolate coating while the Caramel DeLite is milk chocolate. Therefore they are better!
LOL, ambiguity. Milk chocolate is foul. Samoas FTW.
