How-To: Mini Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins

I love pancakes, and I generally love making them for my kids, aside from the fact that I can only make two small ones at a time. By the time I get around to making some for myself, the rest of the family has already finished theirs! Apparently, Bakerella has the same problem, but she tackles it with these brilliant (and adorable) mini maple chocolate chip pancake muffins. They are pancakes … in muffin form!
