HOW TO – Campfire Cakes

Food & Beverage

I’ve never been a fan of camping, but I might be convinced to give sleeping outside on dirt another try now that I’ve seen these campfire cakes posted on Bread & Honey. Apparently you can hollow out oranges, fill them with cake batter, wrap them in foil and cook them in the campfire. 10 minutes later, you’re eating steaming hot citrus-infused cake. How cool!

This is a really creative suggestion! Can’t wait to try it.

I wonder if you can do this in an oven too? For those of us who loath camping…
