Pecans are one of my all-time favorite foods. Perhaps it’s because I grew up in Texas and spent many afternoons grabbing them off the ground, smashing their shells and digging out the sweet treat inside, but whatever it is my fondness for them knows no bounds. Another favorite combination of mine is cheesecake and caramel, so this recipe for baked pecan caramel cheesecake from Tonya at Blissfully Domestic is going right into my recipe stash.
