Fellow holiday-excited Doctor Who geeks, please join me in marveling at the wonder that is the Gingerbread TARDIS. Livejournal users therru and pnr created this fantastic feat of cookie and frosting architecture, and it’s pretty much my gingerbread dream house. Follow the link to find the recipe that they used, plus detailed instructions for building your own.

I think that a giant decorated TARDIS would look fantastic as a holiday table centerpiece—possibly with a few bow tie-wearing gingerbread men thrown into the mix. Or would that be taking things a bit too far?
