Pancakes are a frequent weekend delicacy in our house, and I can only imagine how my kids would flip out if I prepared them lollipop-style. Melissa from No. 2 Pencil has a recipe over on Tatertos and Jello for making pancakes on a stick, perfect for special occasions or just a random weekend morning.
