Roasted Peeps

As Easter draws closer and all the pastel candy starts crowding the supermarket and drugstore shelves, consider buying some Peeps for a Peep Roast. They are marshmallows. With sugar on top! When you roast them, the sugar caramelizes. I might have to try this.
