Make these sweet onion and goat cheese tarts with thyme by Kerry Saretsky of French Revolution Food on Serious Eats. I mean, caramelized onions? Major yum! These little tarts are such a great idea for an easy dinner, just pair it with a salad on the side. Delish! [via Not Martha]
