“A few years ago a friend bought me a set of three Lego bricks with magnets in them from when she went to Legoland. (Thanks Hezz!) You can buy a different set online at the Lego store. Cena’s step father gave us a set of Magz for Christmas and i noticed that the small magnets in the bar component of the toy looked like the right size to fit in the cylinder in the bottom of Lego bricks. I have scads of Lego but was lucky enough to get a bit of new Lego as a gift also. Tonight i put the two together.” – Link & photo set.

It would be nice if they went into what can be done with magnetic legos.
…uh I’ll just be using them to hold things on the refrigerator.
Why spend all that money on the manufactured product with plastic rods and ball bearings, etc.? Why not just buy the magnets directly? http://www.kjmagnetics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=D32
No affiliation, just a satisfied customer. Also, I’m not exactly certain that the specific magnet shown in the link above is the right size. It’s a guess.
