I love Christina Stephens‘ amazing time-lapse of her building her own Lego prosthetic leg.
Someone in my research lab jokingly suggested I make a prosthetic leg out of legos.
The joke’s on you – I went home and did it.
Please don’t do this yourself, I don’t want you to fall and get hurt!
Sometimes, you just need to be silly.

Excellent job! I think if you could add some flexation in the ankle region, and beef up and lengthen the calf you could reduce the separation you were experiencing.
I like the addition of toes on the foot! Do standard prosthetics have toes?
Gluing the bricks would help if this prosthetic were to be used as a test of a suitable prosthetic design before ordering the official one.
she built legos that close to a vent?! risk taker lol if i had a nickel for every lego that went through a vent grate, i would have 3 nickels.
