MZ_MakerHobbies-Badge.gifShawn Thorsson, of Petaluma, CA, has done it again. We wrote about his Predator costume a few weeks back. Now he’s made a whole freaking army, or at least a squad, of Red vs. Blue Master Chief costumes. A three year effort. Insane, indeed. And by insane, we mean awesome!

thats amazing it could do alot more than look nice….sence you can make them why not insert kevlar slots and ther is this stuff called d3o u can put it in this for amazing shock absorbtion… just like the cheif you can now fall and take hits like a champ and if it was also a metal of some sort with kevlar lining and the d3o for absorbing the hit of the bullet….but idk about the sheilds tho but some sort of magnetic field that forces the bullets to slow down making it less lethal on impact……dude u could be ironman x 100 infinatly better you win

This is some incredible work :) I was wondering if you sell armor kits or anything like that, I’m looking to put together a suit of spartan mark VI armor with a mark V helmet. If you don’t sell kits would you possibly know someone that does?
