DIY Skull Planter

I love when Halloween decorations become year-round decorations, and I can definitely see that happening to the DIY skull planters in this clever tutorial from The Merrythought.

I know skulls and skeletons might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I think they’re fun (the grinning ones are my fav) and my boys think “pirate’s heads” are so cool! One of their favorite activities over the summer was to go for walks in the woods and look for animal bones…oh boys! They were so excited to have this new planter in our house.

Skull decorations are all over the place this time of year and with a few quick alterations they make a great facade for an otherwise boring planter pot!
