Happy Pi day…

Nat @ CRAFT writes – “Today, March 14th is officially Pi Day! Pi, is the symbol for the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. Pi = 3.1415926535… Pi Day is celebrated by math enthusiasts (and crafters too!) around the world on March 14th”. Pictured above are hand embroidered Pi patches by pillowhead on Etsy as seen in the CRAFT Flickr pool – Link.

    If you convert

Pi = 3.14159265 to hrs, mins, secs, changing 92 to 1:32 and 65 to 1:05, pi minute today will take place at:

    5 seconds after 4:33pm

(Thanks to my pal Fred for this one!)
