How-To: Throw a Summer Soap Making Party

Home

Debbie from Soapylove has put together a great video tutorial on throwing your own Summer Soap Making Party. I could see myself doing this for my kids and their friends this summer, either for a birthday or just having each kid bring a few dollars for supplies and make it a fun afternoon activity. The video is nicely done, and all the cute signage and materials shown are fully referenced and available in her summer issue of Let’s Get Soapy, an eZine dedicated to glycerine soap crafts.

I was able to get a sneak peek at the summer edition, and was very impressed. In addition to full details on throwing a soap-making party, there are tutorials for making three different kinds of glycerine soap crafts and a full list of resources for any of the supplies needed. There are loads of nice photographs and Debbie’s writing is clear and easy to follow. The summer edition is available now for a discounted price of $12. The price will increase to $15 as of March 28. Check out Debbie’s video tutorial and blog for more information.
