Many thanks to the Angelenos who came out this past Sunday for the CRAFT: 07 release party my pal Jek and I hosted at ReForm School in Silverlake. We had a total blast showing folks how to make the retro shoe clip project from this issue’s “Old School” column–and our guests ran with it, turning the clips into brooches and barrettes as well. For more photos, check out the CRAFT Release Parties Flickr pool!
There are three more opportunities to celebrate our latest issue with us–we have parties coming up in San Francisco, Boston, and Detroit! Feel free to stop by our Facebook and MySpace pages to RSVP–or just keep an eye here on Craftzine.com.
