Woven Wheat Ornaments

Fans of Diane Gilleland (of Crafty Pod, CraftStylish and more) have enjoyed stories of her mother’s crafty influence in some of Diane’s podcasts and blog posts. I always love listening to or reading about their crafty adventures together, and find their sweet relationship heartwarming. While Diane’s mom, Pam, may have been responsible for inspiring her daughter’s crafty nature, it seems that Diane has inspired her mom in the way of combining crafting, writing and technology. Pam has started her own blog, Gingerbread Snowflakes, which covers winter holiday crafting. These woven wheat ornaments are gorgeous and simple, and have stood the test of time on their family tree.
