This was on “I Want That” like… Sunday-ish
I’m thinking this, with that glow in the dark grout they aired a year or so ago…
but then again, I’m not a pothead, so I’d lose out on the “trippiness” of it all.
The tiles cost quite a bit more than I imagined they would.
The back wall alone would cost ~$2700. I’m not sure what’s reasonable as I’ve heard of bathroom remodeling jobs costing far more than that, but I’d wonder if I would get tired of it.
Maybe only when they form some kind of pattern.. I figure they’re completely black when “relaxed”, a full wall or four of complete black makes any bathroom a little bit too goth. Let’s see this in hands of decent designers.
It falls under the “neat” category, but why is this even on Make?!
jovino, it’s cool new technology… we feature that, all thing MAKE related.
svoski – the same company makes tiles that start like blue, green, and white that shift colors, like blue goes to white, white goes to purple and I can’t remember green, so you could still break up the “goth” look
I am looking for tiles for my bathroom. Thanks for sharing this heat
sensitive color changing tiles. I am really excited in this. I will
look forward to getting more information from you.
The heat sensitive color changing tiles are fun. They are so unique and perfect in our bathroom.
Moving colour is totally new tiles for them who does ‘t want to change their tiles year by year. If you attach this tiles in balcony, sure in rainy session it will be looks superb.
