Great for ABS but also works on many dissimilar plastics (styrene, butyrate, acrylic, etc. but not Delryn). Every maker should have a bottle of this around. Available at better hobby shops.
Heat welding works sometimes when nothing else will, but generally it’s not as good as chemical welding using Plastruct:
