I love this simple hack for getting at a particular section in your notebook a little more quickly.

I much prefer the “innie” tabs to “outie” post-it flags. I
tried it and took it further, using a large round hole punch to make semi-circular cutouts. The hard part was keeping them lined up, since the punch would only handle 5-7 pgs at a time.
