    Good job-but as an electrician houses can be wired several ways.
    Mostly in parallel branch circuits. So to identify each energy consuming device would be difficult. The large or dedicated circuits are the easy ones to find and record.
    I would think you would have trouble to identify a toaster or hair dryer.
