My absolute favorite site for this kind of thing is Randy Sargent’s
findchips.com site.
Paste in your part number and it searches 19 different distributors and gives you links to the parts they have.

You can procure MMs of electronic components from distlines. visit http://www.distlines.com
I’ve been using Bisco Industries website for electronic components. http://www.biscoind.com they’re great at finding hard to find parts and you can order online.
