Ladyada’s site has tons of amazing projects. But perhaps the most useful section of all for the Maker set is the procurement resource page. If you’re looking for parts on the cheap, free or just a one-stop-shop, click on through.

My absolute favorite site for this kind of thing is Randy Sargent’s
findchips.com site.
Paste in your part number and it searches 19 different distributors and gives you links to the parts they have.
FANTASTIC time saver.
I have been trying to contact Randy Sargent. I am a woman owned Distribution Company with over 20K line items in stock. I specialize in obsolete and military devices how do I become a listed distributor on Findchips? ellen@graniteic.com
