Targus 17″ XL notebook backpack fix

Chuck writes “I have a 17″ laptop. Only a few bags are available and only one backpack: the Targus 17″ XL Notebook Bag. Sadly, its design makes the outermost panel almost unusable unless you carry water bottles with it. They add straps on other models, but not the 17″. I added some snaps, and it made the bag a lot more usable. I thougth I’d share. There are bound to be a few Makers out there with a larger laptop and this same problem!” – Link.
