Creosote – An oily liquid containing phenols and creosols, obtained from coal tar. Used as a wood preservative and disinfectant. Can cause severe neurological disturbances if inhaled.

there are plans for Hot Air Engine that look to me like a Stirling engine (Page 239 in the PDF)
Just found a copy of this book that was owned by my great grandfather and passed down to my Dad. It’s an incredible book with plans to make everything from work benches to toys to several kinds of steam engine.
