My cousin made me a set of reusable Swiffer covers for Christmas this year and I’m already putting them to good use. You can make your own with this Craft Pattern from 2010.

What a great idea. I don’t buy Swiffers because I hate how much waste they produce – but if I could re-use them, I would be all in.
I agree that this is a GREAT alternative to the “Oh Soooo Expensive” Swiffer Duster Refills. But . . . I found myself do what it is that I do best, and that is embellishing or improving upon established ideas. Soooooo . . . I am in the process of finding a “micro fiber” yarn, andor I figured I could cut micro fiber clothes up into strips, join on the bias, and crochet using this wonderful pattern. I’m in the process of cutting right now. See y’all when its done
What a great idea! I also do not use Swiffer because of the waste. Especially as I have a few animals. This is a much better alternative and easy to make!
The link and the picture do not match for the Swiffer pattern. I know I have clicked it before and the right pattern came up. Where did the pattern go for the 3 pieces that need to be sewn together?
