I just finished making the Denkimono alarm clock/countdown timer kit, tons of fun and I’ll have this clock for the rest of my life – great kit! Link.

Probably not a good travel alarm clock…
“No- …really officer, it’s just my alarm clock.”
i dont see a problem traveling with this.
oh nooooooozzzzz, bomb!!!!!!!
I saw this kit recently, It’s really cool but for a college student like myself It’s a bit expensive.
Now remember kids DON’T WEAR THIS TO THE AIRPORT. :-)
Looks fun, makes a great gift.
I made a clock bomb when I was a kid that used a 1 lb. can of black powder (filled with sand)with curly wires coming out of the lid to a small pcb with a junk lcd watch on it. It scared many people who visited my room. After I had left for the Marines, my mother found it and was freaked out.
I build my first clock back in the 70’s from parts
and a homemade circuit board.
At 29.00 UK this one you’re selling is a tad pricey.
i’m not selling this, i bought it myself and reviewed it.
I have been looking for an interesting clock kit to buy as a gift and I really like the look of the Nixie clocks, but they’re so expensive. This one, at $70 US dollars after s&h seems a little pricey too. Do any of you know of a similar kit around the $50 or less range?
