Silent Q has a nice project for getting started with your XPort shield from LadyAda. The XPort grabs the DHCP information and displays it on an LCD. This is a nice way to check for errors while connecting to the net. I am still playing around with the one I built for the blog, and hopefully I will have a neat little project soon!
