This How-To shows you how Mass Storage Synchronizer can be used to copy music from iTunes to a memory card (which you can then put in your phone). This does not syncronize iTunes with the phone, it copies music from the PC (iTunes library) to a memory card in a USB memory card reader. ” Thanks Ewan! Link.

Not as easy as it should be! Bwahahahaha!
What’s wrong with a USB cable and drag and drop? If this process isn’t stupidly easy, nobody’s going to bother.
You can drag any selection of tracks in iTunes to the Windows File Explorer. So if you hook up your card or phone, or whatever so that File Explorer can see it, all you have to do is make a selection of tracks in iTunes and drag them to the minimized icon of File Explorer. When it comes to the foreground, drop the tracks in any folder you want.
iTunes even gives you a nice transparent outline of the tracks while you’re dragging.
Be warned it does not work with iTunes 7! You will need to revert to iTunes 6.05 to make it work!
