
Lifehacker held a reader submitted contest, and the Nerdcycle was one of the winners. It allows the user to surf the Internet while exercising. Here is what the maker had to say:
I bought an exercise bike on Craigslist for $100. I rode it five times. It then became my footrest while I surfed the net, as it is next to my computer desk. Recently, I decided enough was enough, and I had to make it fit into my lifestyle. So, some hacking was in order.

I had the same idea and didn’t know i could submit it. My exercise bike has handles that come up and curve perfectly to fit a laptop. I can’t tell you how episodes of tv shows i watched on my laptop over last summer while biking.
Great execution though, it looks great.
