BatchPCB.com is also an option if you have the time to wait for it.
“I punched in quantity: 2 y=2″ and x=3″ and got a price of $23.70. So much for my good deal talk, right? But when I changed the quantity to 20, the price drops to $4.80 a board”
Yeah, that is quite standard with pcb manufacturers. But barebones is geared towards prototypes (1 day shipping, no silk or soldermask), which most people would only want a few of.
Lots listed here: http://www.ladyada.net/library/pcb/costcalc.html
http://www.seeedstudio.com is 100cm²*5 for $30 (open source), or 500cm² total, 3 designs, for $90.
http://www.sureelectronics.net/goods.php?id=70 is 100cm²*5 for $40 (email them, I think the specs on the page are dated).
Also http://www.myropcb.com if you are doing *many* designs on a single panel, 4 layer in particular.
Futurlec.com has lower prices for printed circuit boards. For the size and amount you specified without solder mask or screen printing you can get single sided boards for 2.71 each, or double sided boards for 3.87 each. There may be other small fees and shipping cost, but especially for large runs it would be cheaper.
