What kind of chip is that?
(OK, I looked it up myself. It’s an inverter. Presumably it takes the signal from the photoresisters and makes the LEDs get brighter in the dark instead of the light.)

if it’s not machine gun proof, i’d recommend against wearing it in boston. . .
