I’ve been looking at different kinetic wind machines and I challenged myself to come up with a machine using what I had around the shop! I wanted metal because I like rusty stuff, and metal mechanisms seem to move better. This was largely improvised as I went along.
I did know I wanted the number for the house and an axe man for the traditional look. The trees came after to balance out the profile. The fan was a shot in the dark that actually worked!!!! I did let it run for an hour or more to “break it in” and it did get smoother with time. Thank you, and enjoy!
