100lb working Gameboy project
Nice project via Kotaku It’s over 3 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds with a working cartridge. Guess this Game Boy isn’t exactly portable. No wonder they call it the “Game Man.” Designed by an art student named Jeff, this massive machine is his senior project. He was planning to make it seven feet tall, but didn’t have enough cash. In game virtual game coming to the GBA
Kermitt Quick made a game called “Tringo” in Second Life (an online multiplayer world) – Tringo is like Bingo and Tetris all in one. In the virtual world it was a huge hit, and now cell phone companies and gameboy game publishers are licensing it from the Maker. The cool part about all this – residents in Second Life own all their own content, so things like this can flourish. Link.
