Mailinator is a service that gives you free, disposable email anytime, anywhere. No need to ever sign up. Send first – come to the site later. Mailboxes are created when email arrives for them. This map shows (in semi-realtime) ip addresses that are currently sending the most spam to Mailinator. Link.
Extremely good HOW TO – After much frustration, I’ve finally set up my new mac mini to stream all my music to my work laptop. I say frustration, because whilst there is plenty of help out there, none of it in itself was complete enough to get me up and running. Some where too mac to mac, some to unix to mad, some unix to windows. Nothing really gave me the step by step, follow this and it will work guide. New MAME! From its initial release in February 1997, MAME has grown to support over 5700 different arcade games from the early days of the 1970s through to today’s high-action 3D games, meaning it is the largest arcade machine emulator project in the world. The 0.100 release has been humourously titled “1.00”, poking fun at the MAME team’s statement that as long as new arcade machines are being released, their emulator will never be finished. Link.
The new apple iPod nano can be used the Griffin Tunebox (meant for the shuffle). It charges and plays music just fine as expected. Nothing surprising, it’s just USB and sound, but since I’m using my ipod nano full time now, this will make a nice iPod alarm clock out of something I already had. Link.
