Building the Hopper Mounting Plate
Punch the holes in the 15" pieces. They are both the same.
Weld the pieces together, insuring everything is square.
There should be a 6" space between the 15" pieces.
Skip around so the plate doesnt warp.
Weld both sides on all seams
Grind away the welds on one side of the plate.
