Step #1:
- Punch 2 holes in each arm on the 6" side of the angle. They are symmetrical.
- Place the 4 leg holders as shown in the diagram.
- They go on the 4" side of the angle
- They are symmetrical.
- Make sure they are square with the angle iron and centered vertically.
- Weld them to the angle.
- Repeat to make the 2nd, mirror-image arm.
