Joelsprayberry on Instructables writes “This is a DJ CD case turned upside down with 2 layers of hardibacker board (pegboard with no holes). I run an acoustic guitar through all of these pedals to create “live loops” so I needed to have an extremely quiet sound with no low hum or buzz. I ran George L’s audio cables and tons of 9volt power. I think this may be the most amount of pedals you can get into one space.” Link.
Papydom writes “I love my Sony DSC 7 camera. It is really thin, and I can finally go to a wedding or a family party with a camera in my pocket and still have a straight jacket. The point is that it is so thin you cannot screw a regular tripod in it. You have to use an adapter that looks like a big socket for the camera, and accepts a regular tripod screw. This adapter is not heavy, but it is too big for my pockets. So I decided to build my own accessory. I call it the “L”-pod, because this is its shape when in use, as you can see in the last pictures.” Link.

Nicrosin writes – “My Lexar JumpDrive gave out on me, I ended up fixing it (a piece was loose on the pcb) but destroyed the case in the process. So I found an Altoids Strips tin and used that for the case. Check out the set for the process.” Link.
Nick-oshean in the Gentoo forums writes – “This how-to will discuss how to get EVDO on Gentoo Linux. Specifically Verizon EVDO using the Keyocera KPC650 EVDO PCMCIA card. Most if not all EVDO PCMCIA cards are just serial modems with usb-serial hardware. So they basically just show up as USB devices. They could have just been serial devices but I guess it’s easier in windows to make it a USB device that converts to/from serial, maybe it’s easier to write drivers for or easier to work with. But it makes it relatively easy for us to support it in Linux.” Link.
